Where's that GD reciept?
I'm at my wits end, people. I am calling the pediatrician tomorrow morning and asking them--no, demanding--they get me in asap. Little d is just not getting better. In fact, he seems to be getting worse. In addition to not sleeping well, he's eating less. His eating pattern has gone from Every 2-3 Hours to Completely Erratic over the last week. This even after we got his Zantac dose adjusted according to the weight he's gained. To be honest, I don't think it's his reflux. Is it possible this kid is just colicky? I had asked the nurse that question weeks ago, but received a curt, "The don't diagnose colic any more." Well, bitch, something's going on and if it's not colic, somebody better find me a fucking answer. Because when your baby takes a few tugs off the bottle and then immediately doubles over in pain, something's wrong, okay? If he is colicky, fine, knowing that it's colic and not that he's missing part of his intestine or something would help us cope. He screamed for nearly three hours tonight when Mr. d merely touched the bottle to his lips. Mr. D and I are so tired and frustrated that we've been at each other's throats the last couple of days. He's not speaking to me at the moment if you really want to know. I fear that one of our jugulars are going to compromised before the week is over if we don't get this baby some relief.
